About us

Nabaa El-Khair is a team that drills drinking-water wells in the villages of Upper Egypt as Sadaqah Jariyah (ongoing charity) in the donor's name or in the name of someone they choose. Drilling is carried out by a licensed well-drilling team.

Service and prices

• Small well, $300: 2 taps, drilling depth of 22 to 25 metres, serves 2 to 3 families, completed within 3 days.
• Medium well, $650: 8 taps and 2 water tanks, drilling depth of 32 metres, serves about 12 families.
• Artesian well, $1,050: 12 taps and 3 tanks, drilling depth of 38 metres, serves a whole village, built beside the village mosque.

The price covers drilling, pipes, plumbing, the pump, the tanks (depending on the type) and the marble plaque in the donor's name.

Payment

Payment is made on our site through PayPal, either with a PayPal account or directly by Visa/Mastercard without an account, and each order receives its own order number. Other payment methods, including bank transfer, are also available by contacting us on WhatsApp.

Guarantees and refund policy

1. Documentation of every stage: you receive the well's location before drilling begins, then photos and video of every stage (drilling, lowering the pipes, plumbing and the opening), with the marble plaque bearing your name visible in each one. You can follow the stages on the Track your well page.
2. Site visits: you are welcome to visit the site and follow the work in person.
3. Maintenance: we maintain the well for 5 years from the opening date, and after that we notify you of any fault.
4. Full refund: within 21 days of the opening date, if you find any fault, or if we fall short of any of the commitments set out here, we refund the full amount. To request a refund, contact us on WhatsApp with your order number.

Privacy policy

• We collect only what is needed to carry out your order: the name or dedication for the marble plaque, a WhatsApp number for contact (optional), and the payment details sent by PayPal (name, email address and transaction number).
• We never see your bank card details; payment is processed entirely by PayPal.
• We use your data only to contact you about your well. We do not sell it or share it with anyone.
• The "Track your well" page shows anyone holding the order number only the stages and the well's location; it never shows your phone number or email.
• We use the Meta Pixel to measure our ads. When a donation is completed, we send Meta hashed data (your email and phone in an unreadable form) together with the donation amount, and never any card details.
• We record anonymous browsing statistics to improve the site (pages and sections viewed, clicks, video watch time, approximate country and city, and device type), without storing your IP address or anything you type into the fields. They are deleted after 90 days.
• You can ask us to delete your data at any time by contacting us.
