Questions we are often asked
Can the well be Sadaqah Jariyah for someone who has passed away?
Yes, and it is one of the most common intentions we receive. You write the name to be engraved on the marble plaque, and you receive proof of every stage up to the opening.
How can I be sure the well was really drilled?
You receive the well's location before work begins, then photos and video of every stage showing the marble plaque with your name. We also publish the openings on our Facebook page.
How do I pay?
In the "Donate" section, pay with PayPal or directly by Visa/Mastercard without a PayPal account, and receive an order number to track your well. You can also message us on WhatsApp for a card payment invoice or for other payment methods.
What if I find a fault in the well?
We maintain the well for 5 years from its opening, and within 21 days of the opening we refund the full amount if you find any fault or if we fall short of any of our commitments.
Can I visit the well?
Yes. You can visit the site during the work or after the opening and follow the progress yourself.
Where do you drill?
In villages of Upper Egypt where access to drinking water is difficult. The village is chosen according to need and the type of well.
Who carries out the drilling?
A licensed well-drilling team, which oversees the installation until the well is running.
